AlignHER 10 month mentorship

Thank you for signing up to one of my programmes – please read the following important terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment:

To reserve a spot in the mentorship, participants must complete the registration process and submit full payment in advance on a recurring monthly basis

Payment can be made via , Stripe, Paypal or Bank Transfer .

2. Mentorship Details:

The mentorship programme will take place monthly via Zoom and In-person, depending on the payment option you have chosen.

The schedule and activities for the mentorship will be provided by Suzy Malhotra and are subject to change at the discretion of the host.

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from any in-person locations included.  

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Once your place is booked the mentorship is for 10 months with a rolling contract. Should you wish to cancel your subscription you will be required to give one month written notice.

Suzy Malhotra reserves the right to cancel the mentorship at any time for reasons including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

4. Participant Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during the mentorshop.

Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in the participant's removal from the mentorship without a refund.  

5. Liability:

Participants acknowledge that participation in the in person events involves inherent risks, and Suzy Malhotra is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the events. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the events.  

6. Photography and Media:

Suzy Malhotra may take photographs, videos, or other media during the events for promotional purposes. By attending the in person events, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used for such purposes without compensation.    

7. Personal Belongings:

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the in person events.

Suzy Malhotra is not liable for any lost or stolen items.  

8. Privacy and Data Protection:

Participant information provided during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of organising the programme.  

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: -

Suzy Malhotra reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.  

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.  

By registering for and attending the mentorship, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
