I'm a passionate advocate for women's
empowerment, growth, self care and individuality.
With a blend of personal experiences, coaching strategies and methodologies, and powerful tools, I help women turn their visions into reality.
I find immense joy in sharing the invaluable lessons I've learned throughout my journey leading a successful exhibition design agency for more than 25 years.
My coaching style is a fusion of creativity, strategy, and unwavering support, using a combination of CBT, NLP and EFT modalities and I use a unique psychometric assessment for resilience & wellbeing at work (Wraw).
I believe that within each of us lies the strength to tackle life's challenges and that we don't need to "have it all"; we just deserve to have what we truly desire.

A NOTE FROM SUZY
Hi, I'm Suzy!
Beyond the work, I’m a lover of green tea, homemade granola, yoga, body pump, learning Japanese and golf. I’m a blended family mum of three, dog mum to Willow, half Indian, half Irish, and a lifelong fan of everything Spanish.
For more than 25 years, I ran a global design agency as Client Services Director leading creative teams across continents, managing a £2M turnover, and winning awards along the way.
On paper, I was the woman who held it all together. And for a long time, I loved it until the industry changed, and it stopped being about people.
In 2016, life shifted dramatically. While navigating divorce, blending families, and grieving my father’s death, I was diagnosed with breast cancer the week before my 50th birthday (check those boobs — mine was caught in a routine mammogram). Weeks later, my mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
I began asking myself the hard questions: What am I really doing? Who is it for? And why?
Those questions and the work I did with a shamanic healer changed everything. I retrained as a holistic life coach and began again, this time fusing everything I knew about commercial business strategy with everything I’d learned about life.
Because I believe in businesses that work for the women who run them not just for clients, algorithms, or the bottom line.
That belief became BecomeHER™️: a boutique business consultancy and coaching practice where business growth meets self-leadership, and where women stop surviving and start thriving.
